Our dyeing program is done in international standards (OEKO-TEX). This process house is totally having the state of Art Machines.
The Dyeing house consists of water treatment and 100% recycling of wastewater. We use the latest soft flow dyeing machines which maintain a consistent shade throughout the fabrics. We keep production environment clean and hygienic. We use dyes that are free of AZO - Dyes, Agreeable to the regulation passed against forbidden dyes in Germany.
Shrinkage control or compacting is a mechanical shrinkage control process which is achieved by the compacting machine imported from TUBE-TEX-USA & LAFER - ITALY - Two machines. It maintains the shrinkage control to below 5% meeting all international standards.
Upon the client's request, the garment is washed with different chemicals for special effects. Different types of washing produce various finishing effects like Acid Wash, Silicon Wash, Bio Wash, Enzyme Wash, Caustic Wash, Carbon Wash and Stone Wash.
We have our in-house embroidery, where Placement Embroidery, Overall Embroidery or any other type of Embroidery can be possible.
We have our joint venture printing unit. Our vast range of printing includes Pigment, Wet & dry discharge, High density, Foil, Flock, Rubber, Glitter, Reactive, Photo, Foam, Puff, Non PVC, Gel.
Our printing unit is AUDITED AND APPROVED BY DISNEY & NBC UNIVERSAL APPROVED UNIT.
The Production line for finishing has high-tech 120 machines like PEGASYS, JUKI, SIRUBA and BROTHER in 2 different locality. The well trained and skilled workforce engaged in lines around 1,00,000 pcs/month. And finishing all garments is steam- ironed and machine pressed meticulously. All the garments are hand packed with care and stored for subsequent transportation to various destinations.
